Please find attached to this email a copy of an inspection report that came through following a complaint letter received by the Service. The complaint received has not been deemed as an objection to the renewal application, however was investigated in accordance with the standard complaint procedure and the findings of the inspectors visit will be included in the Licensing Services submissions as further evidence.

Mr Forde was contacted during the time of the inspection and was therefore aware of this visit and the content of the complaint.
